The Center for Womenś Resources (CWR) (http://cwrweb.com/), based in Quezon City, Philippines, is a non-stock, non-profit, non-governmental women’s service institution that provides research, education and training, advocacy and publications, library and data banking services for and about women.

The Department of Labour and Employment (http://www.dole.gov.ph/index.php) stands as the national government agency mandated to formulate policies, implement programs and services, and serve as the policy-coordinating arm of the Executive Branch in the field of labor and employment. The organization and functions of the Department of Labor and Employment are in accordance with the provisions of Executive Order No. 126, as amended, the Labor Code of the Philippines, and other relevant and pertinent legislations. The Bureau of Women and Young Workers, a subordinate agency of DOLE, looks after the interests of working women and children.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (http://www.dswd.gov.ph/) provides social protection and promotes the rights and welfare of the poor, vulnerable and the disadvantaged individuals, families and communities. It develops and enriches existing programs and services for specific groups, such as children and youth, women, family and communities, solo parents, older persons and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). The Bureau of Women’s Welfare specifically handles womenś issues.

The Gabriela Women’s Party (http://gabrielanews.wordpress.com/), is a sectoral party dedicated to promoting the rights and welfare of marginalized and under-represented Filipino women through participation in the countryś electoral system and organs of governance. Gabriela Womenś Party seeks to harness the potential, initiative, skills and leadership of marginalized women towards empowerment, justice and equality.

The  National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women (http://www.ncrfw.gov.ph/) supports the poverty alleviation agenda, by sustaining the gains of the past in making the bureaucracy work for women under the thrusts of advancing and protecting women’s human rights, promoting women’s economic empowerment and promoting gender-responsive governance.
